Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly accommodation. Here you live beautifully by the water in a main building with a smaller guest house and garage. From your own jetty, you can fill the days with swimming, sun, lovely barbecue evenings. Discover the surroundings from the water with SUPs. The buildings are located high up and the plot ends down towards the water, which gives the property's houses private locations. Even if there are neighbors on both sides, you are not disturbed by each other. The patios are large with many seating areas and a hot tub. The space The main house is 90 sqm, with 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft one floor up. There is a smaller toilet and a larger bathroom with underfloor heating, shower/bathtub and washing machine + dryer. Fully-equipped kitchen with induction stovetop, dishwasher and Moccamaster for your morning coffee. There is a double refrigerator with large freezer drawers. In the living room, there is a large sofa with a chaise longue section and a fireplace with insert, for cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. Dining area for 8 people. Conservatory with dining table (space for about 10 people) and drinks fridge. The living room is connected to the dining area and patio with outdoor kitchen. Outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, sink and small fridge. In addition to the main house, there is a guest house of about 15 sqm with a double bed and a living area in the garage of 25 sqm with a double bed, sofa bed and shower/toilet. The property has large patios with several seating areas, at the outdoor kitchen there is a dining table for 6-8 people, a sun deck with lounge furniture and sun beds, a jetty with 6 sun chairs and built-in benches. Feel free to borrow our two SUPs if you want to discover the surroundings from the water (boat is available but not included in the booking). Bath towels and bed linen are included if you wish. Hope you enjoy your stay with us! Guest access You will have access to all three houses. We have a private storage room as well as the garage section where we store our own things during your stay. Other things to note We would like to know who is staying in our house, so please include in your request who you are (family, friends, mother-in-law, etc.). We are careful not to disturb our nice neighbors, so we ask that you refrain from parties with a lot of alcohol.
