The space The cottage includes a comfortable living area with 1 bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine upstairs, a bathroom, sink and toilet, an open living room/kitchen on the ground floor, a second bedroom with independent double bed on the ground floor. The construction of the cottage was designed in an ecological approach and with natural materials. Exposed wooden beams, natural paneling, wood insulation and sheep wool... For your comfort it has necessary appliances: refrigerator, gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, vacuum cleaner, toaster, television. In order to respect the natural environment of the site, the cottage is equipped with solar panels for electricity consumption. It is also equipped with a gas hob for the kitchen and a wood stove for heating in winter (wood included in the rental) Sheets and towels are included in the rental. The cottage does not have a washing machine inside the accommodation. On request it is possible to access a laundry on site. Guest access At the end of a private dead end, access to the cottage is by an external wooden staircase. You will therefore be perched high and enjoy the view of the mountains. Located 15 minutes from St Girons, the nearest city with many shops, restaurants, cafes and a very lively market every Saturday morning. Parking space on the property, a private terrace, many walks and bike paths in the area. Other things to note The mobile network is difficult, the mountain is capricious. The fiber optic Wifi connection works perfectly. Outside, you will enjoy a private closed terrace with panoramic views. Electric car charging is not allowed
