Enjoy countless indoor and outdoor restaurants, walking along Main Street shops, biking, and hiking on local and nearby trails. Sit on the back patio and watch the happenings from above. Private parking is free and safe, including NEMA 14-50 receptacle for your EV/plug-in hybrid. Bring your own plug-in device, please if you have a TESLA. The space This is a newly renovated old stone/brick house featuring ornamental ironwork gates. The first floor has a living room and a powder room. On the second floor, you will find a fabulous new kitchen and dining area, bedroom, and luxurious bathroom. Exit outside to enjoy a private flagstone patio and garden. There is an air mattress and bedding for two additional guests. Guest access The whole house and private patio are available to you. We have a coded, keyless entry to access the house, steps from your reserved outdoor parking space. The front door is a four-step entry rise from the street-level sidewalk. The back patio is a four-step rise from the backdoor. Other things to note There are many bike and hiking trails in and around Manayunk, including the Cynwyd Heritage Trail, the Schuylkill River Trail from Philadelphia to Phoenixville, and the Manayunk Towpath.
