We will not return any deposits for guests who break house rules, such as smoking, late check-out, hosting a party, being excessively noisy, bringing more people than permitted onto the premises, or any other actions that damage the house or delay the cleaning crew in their duties." Other things to note This property has surveillance cameras around the 4 outside corners for the safety of all. This camera records both audio and video. This property has a Ring bell camera by the front door. - THE POOL GUY COMES EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING TO ROTATE THE CHEMICALS IN THE POOL AND CLEAN IT. IT IS EXPECTED FOR HIM TO BE OUTSIDE. HE CAN ALSO COME ANOTHER TIME DURING THE WEEK IF HIS SCHEDULE IS TOO BUSY. IF YOU BOOK THE HOUSE YOU AGREE TO THIS AND ARE AWARE THE POOL GUY IS COMING WEEKLY DURING YOUR STAY. THE GRILL CAN BE USED FREE OF CHARGE. WE ALSO HAVE CAMERAS ON THE OUTSIDE PREMISES OF THE HOME ONLY. WE CONDUCT ONGOING MAINTENANCE OF OUR PREMISES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE ENCOUNTERING THE LAWN CARE COMPANY IN THE MORNING WATERING THE SOD OR CUTTING THE GRASS. WE ALSO ALLOW A MAXIMUM OF 2 CARS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY ONLY.
