The villa is located on the Watersong Resort, a gated community in Davenport, Orlando. With unrivaled views of the conservation area to the rear of the pool and spa, this home is ideal for relaxing after a day at the attractions. The home has modern appliances and an open plan kitchen overlooking the large family room, dining area and pool area. A second living area can be found at the front of the home, also complete with flat screen tv, so there is ample space for large families or friends gathering. The living areas are all open plan allowing plenty of space regardless of the size of your party and incorporate the lounge, formal dining, nook and kitchen areas. Kitchen: The very well-equipped modern kitchen comprises of a centre island and sink, waste disposal, ample cupboards and pantry as well as butlers pantry. It is stocked with everything you need to cook for your family and friends. A breakfast bar with 4 stools provides additional casual seating. Dining Room: The bright additional dining area is just off the lounge and contains a table with seating for 4 people. This is in addition to the kitchen table which seats 10. 2nd lounge area This additional living space is an added bonus. It can be a quiet haven situated at the front of the villa. Alternatively, it could be a great hideaway for kids or teenagers as it has its own HD smart TV. Games Room: Air Hockey Darts 2 Tvs with gaming systems and seating Swimming Pool: Inviting south facing pool and raised jacuzzi spa (heating optional). The deck area is a great size - large enough to sunbathe around the pool. The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool. Make use of 4 full-length sun loungers and enjoy al fresco dining around the large outdoor table with seating for 8. Cook up a storm on the gas grill which is available for guests to use for a fee of $40. This screened area offers shelter from the sun and a convenient pool bathroom can also be found off of the pool deck area. It is an ideal location where you can have it all. Publix supermarket is just a few minutes away by car. Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. The main entrance, pool heating control panel to the side of the home and Outside Screen Lanai have Ring Cameras monitoring the areas. The camera in the screen lanai may be covered while pool area is in use.
