Other things to note Other important information Seven days before your arrival, we’ll send the voucher with instructions for check-in. The vacation homes are all self-catering. This means that it is your responsibility to carry all the supplies that you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, beverages, etc. House Rules DO NOT SMOKE - very strict non-smoking policy. INFRACTIONS $500 fine. We allow you to smoke outside the house, with doors and windows closed, no cigarette or odor must be present in the house, otherwise, you will be charged the fine. PETS and PARTIES are not allowed. It is not allowed, under any hypothesis, the use of charcoal BBQ. Subject to fine. Extras - Only if requested Pool Heater fee: $30/night (minimum 5 nights); BBQ fee: $70 for the entire stay - this amount includes cleaning the barbecue after the check-out. I DO NOT PROVIDE FULL PROPANE GAS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REFILLING THE GAS IF YOU WANT TO USE IT. There is a $10 fee for the pick-up of any size and shape of package that is delivered.
