Upon arrival, you will pass through front gate security, park in your private driveway, and walk up to the smart lock keypad on the front entrance door. You will be given a unique access code that will grant you entry into the beautiful end unit townhome. Situated on a peaceful street with no rear neighbors, this rental can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests (excluding infants). Be ready to marvel at the warm Bohemian decor and nostalgic pictures of Mickey and Minnie throughout the home–all for your relaxation and enjoyment! The main floor features an inviting foyer and an enchanting princess-themed bedroom with a new queen bed, 32” Smart Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The newly furnished kitchen highlights beautiful sage cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee station. The open concept living room and dining area provide all your entertainment needs with a 55" 4K Roku Smart TV and Disney board games! Through the back patio sliding door, you will enjoy your very own oasis with comfortable patio lounge chairs and a private screened jet pool (12 ft x12 ft; deepest part is 5ft) with LED lights at night and heated in the winter (from approx. Nov to Apr). On the second floor, you will discover a large master suite inspired by Mickey and Minnie’s timeless romance, complete with a new king bed, a 50" Roku TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with brand new quartz countertop. Down the hallway from the master room is the laundry closet with a washer and dryer and a linen closet with extra towels and sheets. At the end of the second floor hallway is the fantastic kid themed room, decked out in all things Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway! There is a train bunk bed with a big fun slide and a cave bunk bed connected by a railway track in between. This room features a 50” Roku TV and can accommodate up to 4 kids for a sleepover! From the scenic runaway railway wall mural to the adorable Mickey themed bed sheets and pillows, you will be whisked away into the thrills of the popular amusement ride! Only a 2-3 minute walk away, the community clubhouse offers FREE on-site amenities: Olympic sized swimming pool, 2 waterslides, waterpark, toddler splash pad, hot tub, fitness center, recreational park with grills, tennis/pickleball courts, mini-golf, volleyball, basketball, 3 playgrounds, arcade game room, air hockey, high-definition movie theater, marketplace and convenience store. Additionally, the clubhouse offers a daily schedule of movie times and family activities for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. Guest access Prior to arrival, we will ask for your name on your driver’s license so you can get past front gate security into the community. Access to the house is through the front door with a keyless entry system. A unique access code will be given to you before you arrive. **Please note that there is an actively recording doorbell camera next to the front door for security reasons. There is also a non-recording camera outside above the pool screen door. VEHICLE PARKING: • Free designated parking for 1 car in the driveway • Additional parking on either side and across the home • Maximum of 3 cars • Please refrain from parking on the streets • Oversized parking for RVs and boats available with notice • EV/TESLA chargers are by the Windsor Hills Sports Complex Other things to note The home's pool cleaning and checkup occurs once a week on Saturday morning. A pool technician will access the pool through the back screen door and will not enter the home. A pool net is available for guests to remove any debris between pool cleanings. During colder months, pool heater will automatically turn on in the morning and turn off at night. Depending on the temperature, it may take several hours for the water to warm up. Loud noises and parties will not be tolerated. • The home is inspected after each guest. Please respect and treat it as your own to avoid any fines. • Alcohol and glass around the pool is not permitted due to safety risk. • No unauthorized fires inside or outside the property. Hurricane season is between June 1st to Nov 1st. Due to the chance of inclement weather, we recommend guests purchase travel insurance for the duration of their stay.
