Substantial completion of the project, including full unit and balcony access, is scheduled for the end of February 2026. Contractors will still be present onsite to complete remaining items; however, guests should experience minimal impact and no significant noise. The project is expected to be fully completed no later than the first week of April 2026, weather dependent.
