This unique house is located in a golf neighborhood with a panoramic view of the Sierras Grandes and Cerro Champaqui. Architecture and interior design surprise and envelop in their warmth. Materials and colors; stone, glass planes, windows and wood combine to make the landscape enter the environment in all shapes and directions. The high ceilings with varied slopes provide spaciousness and great beauty to the complex that extends to decks, eaves and galleries joining the environment. The space The house is very comfortable, with good air circulation in all its rooms. Located in a very quiet, peaceful place and at the same time minutes away (one kilometer from the shopping area) from restaurants and various shops. The view leaves you speechless! The mountains and the surroundings give you a unique landscape every day, sunsets, storms, moon, all this can be enjoyed from the huge windows that accompany the entire front and side of the living areas and the deck. Guest access Within the neighborhood, approximately 200 meters from the house, there is a beautiful boutique hotel and Spa: "Ayres del Champaquí"; its restaurant: "La Estaca", is open to the public. There they will give you a 10% discount for staying at our house, notify the front desk. Use of the golf course is not included. In the house there is a basic set of clubs, which you can use. If you like to try this sport, you should go to the Club reception where they will inform you of the daily rate. Other things to note Walking on the golf course without playing is not allowed, it is to avoid accidents. To take a walk, you have to do it along the edges and check if there are players on the court, so as not to be hit by a ball. There are also internal streets for walking or cycling, even at night as they are lit. Because it is a semi-enclosed neighborhood, there is no household garbage collection. At the entrance, there are special containers where you must leave it.
