Well, simply take a break :) Our secret to Happy Travels: • Explore and wander along unfamiliar routes • Try local food and satisfy your tummy • Have a relaxing time and sleep well for tomorrow Let's leave our footprints in the "Travel Folder"~ The space Travel Folder is a 2-storey detached house located in the quiet and serene village - Taeheung-ri. On the First Floor: • 1 Indoor wooden deck (with queen-sized mattress) • 1 Television (with Netflix) • 1 Small Toilet (with shower head) • 1 Kitchen • 1 Dining table • 1 Outdoor table On the Second Floor: • 1 Queen bed • 2 Single beds • 1 Television • 1 Big Toilet (with shower booth) • 1 Working desk Our Bedding: • We take pride in cleanliness, all our bedsheets and towels are white to give you the assurance The Wooden Deck: • Highly recommended to try laying down on the wooden deck - it is super healing and relaxing to space out looking at the small garden • Feel free to spread out the mattress on top of the deck and use it as a bed at night if preferred For our lovely guests at Travel Folder: • Fresh hand-dripped coffee • Homemade ice-cream • Homemade yogurt Amenities: • Well-equipped kitchen for simple cooking. • Wi-fi, fridge, hot/cold water dispenser, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave are all available. The Neighbourhood: # Located 1-2km from Namwon Town (6 minutes drive away) # Located 700m from Taeheung Village (10 minutes walk away) # Located 600m from Taeheung Coast (8 minutes walk away) • Nonghyup Hanaro Supermarket • Airport Bus 131/132 • Convenience Store • Namwon Port • Restaurants • Pharmacy • Mini Mart • Bakery • Cafe • Bank Guest access Main Building: • The Main Building is all yours~ :) • Private entrance with access via a digital door lock • Code will be provided on morning of check-in Annex Building: • The Annex Building is the management office and warehouse • Please kindly avoid entering • Please contact us on Airbnb if there's any query Parking Information: • Designated parking lot is in front of the Annex Building on the left • Or park on the rocky road-side on the left area closer to the house Bus Information: • Jeju Airport Gate 1 - Bus 131/132 • Alight at Namwon Transfer Bus Stop (Namwon Town Office 복/North-Bound) • Walk 2 minutes to another Bus Stop (Namwon Town Office 남/East-Bound) • Take any Bus 201/231/741-1/741-2/742-1/5001/5002 • Alight at the Third Bus Stop (Seoso-dong 서소동 남/East-Bound) • Walk 6 minutes to Travel Folder # We recommend renting a car for a more convenient trip around Jeju Island and a more comfortable stay at Travel Folder # If public transportation is preferred, we may offer to do a pickup at Namwon Town Office Bus Stop if you let us know in advance Other things to note Reservation • We recommend up to 6 guests at a time for a comfortable stay • Discounts are applicable for 3 nights or more Please ~~~ • NO smoking • NO party • NO pets • NO cooking fish/fried/smelly & oily food • NO washing sandy swimming suits in washing machine Help ~~~ • TO SAVE electricity by switching off if not in use • TO SAVE environment by using towels sparingly • TO KEEP things in place and put back accordingly • TO SORT trash and recyclables in the bin area Summertime • Please shake the sand off from shoes/slippers outside before entering the building, this will help to keep the indoors clean • Please switch off air-con if you’re out the whole day to save electricity Wintertime • Please switch off electric heater if you’re out the whole day to save electricity Pest Control • Regular checks for pest control and sterilization are done by the Cesco Team • Nevertheless, as we are surrounded by tangerine fields and tall grass, we seek your understanding if some bugs do appear indoors • The charm of Jeju Island is in its nature~ :) Damage /Fire /Vandalism /Theft • The use of fireworks and candles are prohibited • In the event of damage or loss of property items, the price for penalty is equivalent to the purchase price of product Alcohol & Noise Control • Excessive alcohol consumption is strongly discouraged Registration Details Region of Issuance: 제주특별자치도 서귀포시, 남원읍 License Type: 농어촌민박사업 License Number: 제2024-31호
