Other things to note Our outdoor area is great! Relax on the outdoor bed, lounge chairs, hammock or outdoor dining chairs. You can have a cookout, play corn hole or just relax at the bar/grill area while listening to island music... Enjoy a beautiful screened in pool and spa! Early check-check in as early as 11 a.m. and Late check-out as late as 1 p.m. may be requested and approved pending availability. The fee for early check-in is: $100 The fee for late check-out is: $100 POOL/SPA HEAT FEE: The pool/spa heat fee is $25 per day from May1-November 1 The pool/spa heat fee is $45 per day from November 1- April 30. Please let us know if you would like the pool/spa heat turned on for your stay at the time of your booking. We endeavor to keep the spa and pool clean and in good working order. The pool maintenance technicians service the pool/spa weekly. They clean and balance the pool. If you experience a concern, please let us know right away, even if it is the last day of your stay. This will allow us to communicate with the pool company immediately to rectify any pool or spa issue as soon as possible. Very rarely, the spa or pool need maintenance that does not allow use of the poo/spa. If that happens (or the heat is not working Nov1 - May 1) and you contact us as soon as you become aware of the problem, we will refund 10% of the daily rental fee for any days that you are unable to use the pool/spa and we have been notified of the problem.
