Laundry shop is nearby though. - For guests with small children, no spilling, peeing, staining on the mattresses, beddings, pillows. Request shoud be made before check in time at 2pm to set it up ahead of time by our staff on duty. - Request for EXTRA foams, blankets, pillows, and electric fan have extra fees. - Drinking water is not included. You may bring your own or buy at the admin (80 pesos per 1 round blue gallon) - Only registered guests are allowed inside, the unit, regular charges apply if you have visitors staying with you. - Please do not throw away used oil in the sink to avoid clogging and unpleasant odours, violation of this rule will incur a 3000 penalty once caught by the staff. - Lost of keys will be charge 500php. - 📌PLEASE NOTE that bath towels are not included on our unit amenities. Can be set up upon guest’s request only with fee of 75/pc. Notify us before arrival time so we can set it up ahead of time.
