KUROFUNE is a small detached house designed by us and completed in September 2024, in a prime location. 3 minutes on foot, about 240 meters, from Kugayama Station on the Keio Inokashira Line. The road is flat, well-lit and safe, making it easy to carry suitcases. Within 500 meters, there are various restaurants, convenience stores, cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets open until late at night. There is also a pedestrian street within a 5-minute walk. Shibuya is easily accessible in 13 minutes by taking the express train for four stops, Shimo-Kitazawa in 9 minutes, Kichijoji in one stop, and Shinjuku in just 20 minutes. The Ghibli Museum, Mitaka is nearby, and Inokashira Park is a 20-minute walk along the riverside road. Like most houses in Tokyo, there is a road next to it, but it is not a main road. The windows are fitted with four layers of soundproof glass. The average decibel level is within the quiet range. There is no train noise. Occasionally, there will be slight vibrations and noise when large vehicles pass by. We have provided earplugs for air travel, but guests rarely use them. However, if you are extremely sensitive to noise, please do not book. ⚠️ There is no elevator. There are only 13 steps to the apartment. Luggage porterage can be arranged. Guest access Completely private, including the balcony. No smoking inside the house (there is a fine of 50,000 yen for smoking in the room) ⚠️ A smoking area is available on the balcony. No pets are allowed. No hair dyeing (if unauthorized hair dyeing causes staining in the house, a double cleaning fee will be charged, plus compensation for any damage that cannot be cleaned). ⚠️ After booking, we can provide luggage storage service three hours before check-in and after check-out, as well as luggage handling service during the day. Please contact customer service for special requests. It is recommended that you do not carry the key with you. There will be a replacement fee of 15,000 yen if you lose the key. The TV can be used to watch free TV shows with the logged-in Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Tver accounts. If you want to watch paid programs, please let us know and pay for them yourself.
