In less than a 5-minute walk, you can reach the sea and also the famous restaurants of Curral. The building has 7 air-conditioned studios, ideal for couples or families looking for practicality. From the balcony, you can enjoy an incredible view of the sea and mountains, with an unforgettable sunset — the perfect setting to relax and take amazing photos. The space The studio is 35 sq. meters, with north/south cross winds; simple furniture, but comfortable enough for a functional environment. Living room with open kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances (stove, refrigerator and microwave), bathroom and a bedroom. It has air conditioning and a fan. The bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. The studio is in a building that has 7 studios. On the ground floor is the caretaker's house. Parking is for one vehicle and is in the property's internal courtyard. Guest access Parking is for one vehicle on the inside of the property. Other things to note • Guests must remove sand from their bodies in the outdoor shower before entering the kit. • After using the kitchen utensils, leave them clean. • Do not overdo the volume of music and conversations so as not to disturb other guests • If you have a stereo, you must use it with a headset or at a volume that does not go through the walls. • Non-guests will not be allowed to enter (except with prior authorization) and payment of an additional guest fee. • Each studio is entitled to a parking space. • Bed linen and towels are not included in the reservation
