With easy access to I-80, you’re just a short drive from the city, ski resorts, hiking, and biking trails. Sugarhouse is only 1 mile away, and downtown SLC is 3 miles away. Ideal for travelers seeking both convenience and charm in a prime location. The upstairs unit is also a rental so you will likely hear their pitter patter. The space Our recently remodeled basement guest suite is ready for you to unwind and relax during your visit to Salt Lake. The suite offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and in-unit laundry. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property. The living room features a 65” Smart TV and a dedicated workstation, perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and spices, as well as a Keurig Duo coffee maker, toaster oven, crockpot, and blender. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, quality linens, and a premium mattress. Both rooms offer plenty of closet space, and one bedroom includes a built-in desk for added convenience. The full bathroom features a stand-up shower. The in-unit laundry room is perfect for freshening up clothing and linens after your outdoor adventures, whether in the winter or summer. Guest access The entire guest suite is for your private and exclusive use. The upstairs unit is occupied, so you may occasionally hear the pitter-patter of footsteps. The front yard is a shared space, accessible to both units on the property. Other things to note We have a strict no animals policy. The owners who stay here from time to time are extremely allergic. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and you may hear the pitter-patter of footsteps from the upstairs guests. The unit also has lower ceilings (approximately 7') and HVAC ducting in certain areas, which could pose difficulties or discomfort for guests taller than 6'. The upstairs unit is also a rental, and you will likely hear one another during your stay. We also ask that you be mindful of any noise from your unit that may carry to the downstairs space. As a reminder, quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am.
