Property Features - Entire house rental – complete privacy - Two-story home with separate entrances for 1F and 2F - 3 bedrooms, 7 beds (4 double size beds, 3 Japanese futon mattresses) Traditional Japanese-inspired interior with a calming atmosphere Notice - This house has separate entrances for the 1st and 2nd floors. To move between floors, please use the outdoor staircase. - The outdoor staircase to the 2nd floor is steep, so please be careful. It may be difficult for elderly guests and small children to use. - The Japanese-style doorways have low ceilings, so tall guests should watch their heads. - While we provide adequate heating, those unaccustomed to colder climates may find traditional Japanese homes slightly chilly in winter. 1st Floor - Living room - Kitchen - Bedroom (tatami room with Japanese futon mattresses) - Changing room - Bathroom The tatami bedroom offers a traditional Japanese sleeping experience with Japanese futon mattresses, which are ideal for sleeping with children. A mini projector is available, allowing you to enjoy entertainment by projecting onto the wall. 2nd Floor - Bedroom 1: 2 double size beds - Bedroom 2: 2 double size beds - Working space - Mini Lounge space - Wash basin - Bathroom The four double size beds provide ample space for families or groups. A dedicated working space is also available, perfect for using a laptop or working during your stay. Details: When a foreigner without an address in Japan, or a foreigner with an address in Japan, stays at a guesthouse or ryokan, in accordance with the Inns and Hotels Act and the Residential Lodging Business Act, the guest's name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number, in addition to the information listed in the guest register, must be recorded. Please present your passport. Located in a quiet residential area, we kindly ask that you follow the following rules: 1.Please keep noise to a minimum inside the house from 9 PM to 9 AM. Parties and similar events are not permitted. 2.If the room is excessively soiled due to improper use, additional cleaning fees may apply. 3.If any items or furniture are found to be lost or damaged, we may charge you for the cost of replacement or repair. 4.If the number of guests exceeds the number of people originally booked, an additional charge of 10,000 yen per person will be applied.
