You may smoke on the balcony, but please keep quiet after 9pm. 🗣 Chatting on the balcony is allowed only until 9pm to avoid disturbing the neighborhood. Guest access 🏠 This is an entire private house—no shared spaces with other guests. 🔑 Feel free to use everything in the property except for locked storage areas. 🛋️ Please enjoy a fully private and relaxing time. 🌙👩‍👧 The neighborhood is very safe—even women and children can take evening walks with peace of mind. It is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. (Please see “Quiet Hours” below.) 🌡 Heating & Cooling Each room in my house is equipped with air conditioning (heating & cooling). There is no floor heating, as this is a traditional Japanese wooden house. Ventilation is manual — use screened windows and exhaust fans as needed. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out ・Check-in: 16:00–21:00 (As my house is in a quiet residential area, if you arrive after 21:00, please message me in advance and enter quietly.) ・Check-out: By 10:00 (Late check-out will incur a penalty of ¥3,000 per 15 minutes, as my cleaning staff will arrive promptly.) 🚬 Smoking Policy ・Strictly no smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes. 　A ¥50,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. ・Smoking is allowed only on the 2nd-floor balcony using the provided ashtray. ・Please keep quiet after 21:00. 📅 Minimum Stay ・Minimum stay: 2 nights ・Even if you check out early, 2 nights will be charged. 🧼 For Extended Stays ・I do not provide cleaning service or linen/towel replacement during your stay. ・Please use the washer and balcony hangers as needed. ・A nearby coin laundry is also available. 🔇 Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Etiquette My house is located in a very quiet residential area with many elderly residents. ・Please remain quiet between 21:00–08:00. ・Excessive noise may result in immediate eviction. 📌 General Rules ・Excessive mess or misuse may result in extra cleaning fees. ・Damage or loss of items will be charged at replacement cost. ・Only registered guests are allowed inside the property. （Unregistered guests will incur a ¥10,000 fee per person.） ・Entry is monitored via security camera. ・Please sort trash correctly as labeled. ・Wash used dishes and utensils. Use provided disposable cloths for drying. ・As mentioned, indoor smoking will result in a ¥50,000 fee. ・No early check-in or late check-out. I will message you if the room is ready earlier. ・I cannot ship forgotten items internationally. Domestic shipping (within Japan) available with ¥2,500 handling fee + shipping cost. Items not claimed within 2 days may be discarded. ・I cannot dispose of large items (e.g., suitcases). Leaving such items will incur a ¥10,000 disposal fee. 🔑 Check-In Procedure There is no on-site staff. Use the Key Pad to access the house.
