It is a great area for sightseeing, cafes, dining, and shopping, so I think you can enjoy it as a base for sightseeing in Tokyo ♪ 2️⃣ < Renovated facility > Renovated in July 2024. Designed for a comfortable stay 😊 Please rest your tired body after sightseeing in this new, reborn facility. 3️⃣ < An area with outstanding convenience > Asakusa, Tokyo Skytree, as well as Ueno, Ginza, and Shibuya are also easily accessible ◎ You can go to downtown without transferring using the Ginza line. In addition, you can use 3 lines, so it is a convenient city to go anywhere in Tokyo. "KANETAYA Asakusa" was renovated by a construction company to create a room where guests can have a comfortable stay. We would like to welcome you with all our staff prepared to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. 😊 < Room Information > Bedroom.. 1 room (on the 2nd floor) Living & dining room (located on the ground floor) Kitchen (located on the ground floor) Toilet, bath, and sink (located on the ground floor) The bedroom has 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 set of futons. It can accommodate up to 4 people, but we recommend 2 to 3 people. * Please note that it may be cramped for 4 people. ⚠️ Things to note ⚠️ The stairs going up to the second floor are steep. There is a handrail, but I think it is difficult to go up and down for people with disabilities, injuries, or infants. Please be sure to check with us in advance. < In-room amenities > - 1 double bed 1 single bed - 1 futon mattress Television - 2 air conditioners 1 toilet ・ Kitchen (simple cooking utensils and dishes are provided) * For hygiene reasons, condiments are not available. Guest access The entire facility is a private accommodation for guests only. You don't have to share any space with other guests. Other things to note 1️⃣ This facility is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are many people living their daily lives in the surrounding area. Please be quiet at night and in the early morning. 2️⃣ Smoking is not allowed. Please refrain from smoking in and around the building. * Includes e-cigarettes, hookahs and other similar smoking devices. 3 ️. We would appreciate it if you could use the room cleanly. We would be very happy if you could treat it as if it were your own home. Please note that if the room is significantly soiled after you leave, we may charge an additional fee of 30,000 yen or more. We may also charge you for damage or soiling of the equipment in the room. Please follow the rules and have a great time. 4️⃣ Check out time is at 10:00 am. Please strictly observe the check-out time. We will charge 3,000 yen for every 15 minutes after the check-out time. 5 ️⃣ This facility is licensed by Sumida Ward.
