Things to know • Pets Allowed: Up to 2 dogs, each weighing a maximum of 50 lbs, with a $75 + taxes pet fee. • This property is a duplex and has some shared amenities • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
