Nearby attractions include The Corjuem fort and the Aldona- Corjuem suspension bridge. If you ask my mom to prepare you meals, you will have one of the best Fish, Curry, Rice in Goa. The Goan food prepared by my family will be of lingering taste to tingle your taste buds. The breakfast and meals prepared will be homemade from authentic Goan spices. The ancient food recipes make the food tasty as well as healthy as the ingredients include only healthy coconut cooking oil (unlike palm oil , food colors and flavors used in restaurants which compromise your health). The food is made with love and dedication. The breakfast with tea @ ₹100 per head. The non veg seafood meal @ ₹350 per person. Veg meal @ ₹250 per person Please note: Being a Hindu family we cook Non veg and Seafood only on Tue, Wed, Saturday and Sunday. We value guests who come for tranquility, rest, and authenticity; not distance-based ratings. 🤫 Quiet Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM During these hours, please maintain silence as we work remotely and value peaceful surroundings for everyone. 🚭 Smoking & Alcohol Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. A ₹299 refresh fee applies if smoking is detected indoors. Alcohol is permitted in moderation indoors only. 🎉 No Parties or Loud Gatherings This is a family homestay, not a party villa. Please avoid loud gatherings or disruptive activities. 🌿 Eco-Friendly Living Conserve electricity and water. Do not pluck fruits, flowers, or vegetables without permission. 🧼 Zero Cleaning Fee Policy To keep stays affordable, we don’t charge a standard cleaning fee. Guests must clean their rooms before checkout using supplies provided. If the space is not cleaned, a ₹500 restoration fee applies. Mid-stay cleaning is available at ₹200 per session. You’ll receive a clean room at check-in; please leave it clean when you depart. 🍽️ Shared Kitchen Courtesy Wash all utensils immediately after use. Do not leave soiled dishes in the sink. Keep the cooking area clean for the next guest. Not doing so will attract a fine of ₹200. 🕉️ Cultural and Dietary Respect As a Hindu family, we uphold certain traditions and expect guests to respect them. Beef and pork are strictly not allowed anywhere on the premises. If you feel that any of your group members may consume beef or pork at the stay, we request you to please not book this property.
