Welcome to your perfect getaway! This beautifully appointed condo is nestled in the heart of Pigeon Forge, just minutes away from all the attractions and excitement the area has to offer. Whether you're here to explore the Smoky Mountains, enjoy Dollywood, play baseball at the Cal Ripken facility, or take in the local shopping and dining, you'll be perfectly situated to experience it all. The space Kitchen: Newly remodeled with new cabinets, countertops, and brand new appliances. Full-size refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, K-Cup Coffee Maker and regular coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans, and all basic cookware. Living Room/Dining Area: Couch with fold out queen sleeper with memory foam mattress. Smart TV with Roku. A love seat, and swiveling barrel chair provide additional seating. A Murphy table and two bar stools provide ample space for eating meals. One end table and a circle coffee table provide space for drinks or plates as well. Additonally, the open floor plan connects the kitchen/living/dining area. Bathroom 1: Private bathroom connected to Master Bedroom. New vanity with and countertop, and shower. Towels, hand towels, makeup towels, wash cloths, bath mat, and basic starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and soap supplied. Bathroom 2: Shared bathroom off living room and by Bedroom 2, this bathroom features a New vanity with new countertop and shower/tub combo. Towels, hand towels, makeup towels, wash cloths, bath mat, and basic starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and soap supplied. Bedroom 1: (Master Bedroom) The Master Bedroom has a new queen size bed with brand new mattress. The bed includes storage in headboard and below mattress. This bedroom includes Smart TV with Roku, lamps, closet with hangers, extra blanket, and footstool. Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a brand new mattress, nightstand w/ usb charging, lamp, Smart TV with Roku, and luggage bench. This bedroom also features a huge closet for hanging clothes or extra storage. Laundry area located by kitchen: This area features a new stackable washer and dryer. This area includes additional shelving for extra storage or pantry items. Outside: The front offers a paved 3 or 4 spot (depending on sizes of vehicles) parking space driveway along with turnaround. There is also a small landing at the entrance. Additionally, the back deck provides a seating area. The charcoal grill is located in the backyard for those guest wishing to show off their grilling skills! There is a stone walkway that leads to a fire pit (firewood not provided) with additional seating in the form of Adirondack chairs. There is an additional lot behind the units that is a big grass area for throwing ball or frisbee as well. Guest access Guest can access the entire space. The owner's closet is the only area that is unavailable. Other things to note While I don't have "Instant-Booking" turned on, I always respond very quickly. If you see gaps in my calendar for 1 or 2 night stays that don't meet the 3 night minimum, feel free to send me an inquiry. I generally will allow these as they form in the calendar.
