NOTE 2: Pool is P200 per head for additional heads after 3 pax. Street-side parking is available outside on a first-come, first-serve basis (paid parking). 🔒 Note: Cabinets or storage marked “Locked” are strictly off-limits. Please do not force open or tamper with these areas. All non-locked cabinets are available for your personal use. Other things to note CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval. Approved extensions are charged at ₱250 per hour. High speed WiFi Included. All guests must submit a valid government ID for building entry. No smoking is allowed in the unit or building premises.
