Relax in our newly updated craftsman home in the South Perry District, designed with ample space and enjoyment for the whole family! The main floor features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, a well-furnished modern kitchen, and a comfortable living area equipped with a Roku television and board games. Upstairs, bask in natural light in either of the two spacious bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed). Shower off after a long day exploring or draw a soothing bath in the clawfoot tub. In the basement, you will find full access to the washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy the hot tub and showcase your BBQ skills while the kids play in the fenced-in backyard. Enjoy high speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We provide all linens (including blankets, pillows, and towels), as well as dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Guest access For your convenience, both the front and back doors feature electronic numerical locks for easy check-in and access. You'll have full access to the house, with the exception of a locked storage room in the basement. A dedicated parking space is located at the rear of the property near the gate leading to the backyard, and additional street parking is plentiful. The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Other things to note For your peace of mind, we have a Ring camera device at the front door and shared drive-way focused on safety. Rest assured, we respect your privacy and only monitor the camera if needed during your stay. There are no cameras in or facing private guest areas. Although we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets. Please note, as this is a residential area, we kindly request no parties or events to maintain good relationships with our neighbors.
