Our entire building is pet friendly and we have an exclusive area so you can walk with your furry friend. FOR FIT PEOPLE: Don't forget to visit our gym area on the 19th level. Here you will find all the necessary equipment so you won't miss your regular gym. And don't forget that we have a special area for Yoga. A: We are located in the Niko 10 Building in Zone 10, close to the area of Exclusive Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Cafes and Museums. Q: How do I check in? A: Easily! 24-hour self-check-in at the building. Q: Are there any restaurants nearby? A: Sure! And lots of them! Many more options and the best of Guatemala are just a few steps away from our place. Q: Is it comfortable? A: It's comfortable, super cozy and has an amazing view. Our Serta bed, hotel-quality bedding, vintage light, WiFi, 50-inch TV, channels in spoken English. Living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Q: What is the bathroom like? A: A full bathroom with a rain shower, an illuminated mirror, and 100% cotton face, hand, and body towels. Hot water and toiletries at your disposal and a large closet. Q: Can I wash my clothes? A: Yes! We have a laundry area inside the apartment. Just bring your preferred soap and softener. Q: Can I check in before 3:00 PM or check out after 12:00 PM? A: We'll do our best. The price depends on the length of stay and availability. The weekly or monthly rate can be slightly reduced compared to the daily rate. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if it works for us. Q: Smoking? A: Only outside and please be responsible. Absolutely no drugs in our place! Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the property so that other guests/neighbors can rest. Q: Can we hold photo or video sessions? A: No. This is a place to relax. No photographic or video production for commercial purposes is allowed inside the apartment. This will result in a $500 fine. Q: There is an extra charge for more than 3 adults, do my children count? A: We can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child. After this amount, an additional fee applies. Q: Do you have parking? A: Yes, you can park 1 vehicle inside the building. Our private parking is in Basement 4.
