Taking into account the absence of fencing, guests at the adjacent property, livestock on adjoining farms and the cheerful variety of woodland creatures sniffing about, pets must be on a leash 100% of the time when outside. In winter snow season access to the studio can be slippery. The driveway is plowed, compacted snow. Whilst 4wd is recommended, the studio is also accessible by parking and walking on the rare occasions 2wd isn't doing the job. Great area for hiking, bicycling, visiting antique stores, yard sales, skiing and snowshoeing in winter, the Book Village of Hobart, Bovina, Delhi, Andes and Meredith and many other undiscovered villages nearby.
