The space The elegant and noble apartment has just been renovated with quality materials and with special attention to guests to guarantee a stay of maximum comfort. As soon as you enter, you'll find a cozy kitchen with snack counter and useful stools, as well as a comfortable dining table. The house is developed through a main corridor that leads to the 3 double bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom to accommodate up to 7 people (3 double beds in the bedrooms and a single armchair bed in one of the double bedrooms, it is preferable to use it for a child, not for a very tall adult as it is an armchair bed) All rooms are furnished with taste and design, functional and comfortable, the pink room, the blue room and the green room, they are all equipped with a private bathroom, SMART LCD TV, air conditioning, a desk with dedicated workspace for smartworkers and digital nomads, a wardrobe and a safe as well as a comfortable balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances necessary to make your stay comfortable (electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) For lunch or dinner you can use the comfortable table with chairs in the dining area. You will find a dedicated washing machine and dryer area. All 3 bathrooms are equipped with a spacious shower, a hairdryer, a sink, a toilet and a bidet. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, and there is also a comfortable elevator. The apartment is completed by lovely balconies for a chance to relax in the open air. Throughout the apartment you can use the fast WIFI line with fiber. Guest access Guests will have at their disposal and for exclusive use the entire apartment consisting of 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a kitchen area, a dining area with table and chairs and an area dedicated to laundry (washing machine and dryer).
