Other things to note While the neighborhood features a well-maintained gravel road, we strongly recommend that guests drive a 4WD/AWD vehicle during winter months when staying at our cabin. Having the right vehicle will ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey. The stunning views will be waiting for you! We recommend that you purchase travel insurance as we are not able to issue refunds for travel delays, illness or weather. We are only able to issue refunds in accordance to our posted cancellation policy. - No smoking or vaping.There will be an additional $500 deep clean fee that will be charged to you for anyone smoking/vaping in the home and your reservation will be terminated without refund. - No pets. You will be charged an additional $500 deep cleaning fee if any pets are on/in the premises and your reservation will be cancelled without refund. - No events, parties, or large gatherings (more than 9 people). This property is more suitable for families. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (9 guests) - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees ($35 per person per night) and taxes may apply if you have additional guests that are not listed on your reservation. No more than 9 guests at any time. - You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay.
