Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance. 3. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service. 4.
