Has kitchenette, queen size casper bed, & bath. Parking is free and we also have Uber. Flat screen tv w/ cable+DVD player + wifi. We are also close to Portofino Hotel (3 min drive). Please let me know if you plan on Ubering to Disney/Universal, etc. 5 minutes to Hermosa Pier and 30 minutes bike ride to Manhattan beach. We are across the street (1 1/2 blocks from Redondo Pier). We are also close to Palos Verdes and San Vicente. 10 minutes drive to Manhattan Beach. Ask about bike rental promo. Walk to urgent care. Laundry on site. *Note: have an EXTRA (book separate) room on another listing in house shared only with me with private entrance. Has full size bed, small fridge, and Kuerig coffee machine. Free soap. Guest access Entire place -please note this is a small place. Great for one ok with two. If you prefer a super large space please do not book. No smoking allowed ! Ask about free street parking & beach bikes. Other things to note Early check in $50 per hour. Please request authorization before parking in driveway. Street parking is free. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING TOBACCO/CIGARETTES only, in or by house - $150 fee for clean up of butts. VERY STRICT 420 rules apply and deposit required. I ask that you only use Clean Green Certified as it's safer for the consumer and also for the environment. $150 deposit. You can visit Clean Green Certified to see all certified brands. Please note that we are 2 1/2 blocks to the REDONDO Beach and 10 min bike ride or 5 minute drive to Hermosa Beach. We are about 30 minutes to Santa Monica/ Venice Beach. Los Angeles, and Disneyland (Is in Orange County/Anaheim), Universal Studios, etc are about 40 min. You can get to Venice/Santa Monica area w/ out taking freeway. Please ask me for special directions, time saving tips to each park. Please ask before Ubering to long distance places (IE Disney, Universal/The Valley). Please also do not leave air conditioner run all day when you're out and turn off lights. Be respectful of patio area - no guests after 10 pm. By agreeing to the rules, you also agree to not hold us liable for any injuries. No alteration requests accepted 10 days after booking unless you are extending if dates are available. Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning required due to spills, odors, stains, hair, or other messes. All messes must be cleaned up promptly — including food, trash, and animal waste indoors or outdoors. Health & Cleanliness Guests agree to ensure any animals brought into the home are clean, healthy, and free of fleas, ticks, or parasites. If specialized cleaning (e.g., professional carpet, upholstery, or pest treatment) is required after checkout, guests will be held financially responsible. Protection of Furniture & Property Guests must use any provided furniture covers, throws, or designated areas to protect sofas, chairs, and bedding from hair, dirt, or damage.
