Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. ● This suite is located on the top floor and it’s just one of a few distinct listings all housed in the same building, resembling the charm of an apartment complex or a boutique hotel. The oceanview balcony is exclusive to you. ●Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and city quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music are permitted in this home. Unit may be equipped with a noise smart home device that detects noise levels. ● Please note that construction in Manhattan Beach is very common and the no noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the city. Please note this unit shares walls with other units so you may experience some noise transfer between units. ●Parties or excessive noise of any kind will result in eviction by our onsite security team and non-refundable cancellation of reservation ●Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. ●There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture. ●No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your reservation are allowed in the home, unless approved by the host. Should the number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund.  You will also be charged $250 per night if an unapproved guest was on the property.  ●This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in unit and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation. ●Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $150 for the first 30 minutes, and a charge of $150 for each 30mins thereafter, unless complimentary check-out has been given by the host prior. ●We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies. ● This property is located right on the sandy beach, providing a beautiful coastal experience. However, as with any beachfront property, it’s possible to encounter ants or other small insects typical of this environment. We have pest control services that come every month, and we do our best to minimize any issues. ●Guests who violate the rules or who do not check out on time, or cancel the reservation, forfeit their right to leave a public review. ● Please note that our policy, it is mandatory for all guests to fill out our own company check-in form with ID verification for future reference. Please be assured that we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your information. If subsequent guests, with reservations booked on AirBNB or other platforms, are unable to use the property or access their reserved room(s) due to any action by you not limited to lost keys, locked doors, accessibility issues, damaged furniture, smoking, lead times for replacement items, damage to the property or violation of house rules, you are financially responsible for the lost revenue, discounts, or compensation afforded to them by us for the inconvenience. By agreeing to the house rules, you agree to let our team members enter the unit to fix any issues that arise on the property with at least a 12 hour notice and without your consent.
