The connection with the neighborhood, its people and its traditional shops allow to live nearby and locally, fleeing excessively touristy areas. Its good location just a 2-minute walk from the Maragall metro station, with connection to two suburban lines, allows access in a few minutes to virtually anywhere in the city. The space The space has been recently renovated and its use is for a period of between 32 nights and 11 months. The reason must be documented (vacation, leisure, etc.). It is a second floor with original elevator, has a spacious room with dressing room and a second room with single bed that can serve for a third occupant, for a separate work space, or an extension of the main walk-in closet. It has a living-dining room in an open environment, separated by a reclaimed wall with original brick view. This space also incorporates a work area for two people, and a "furniture bar" resting corner. In the corridor the kitchen opens openly, fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, breakfast area and storage tower. From the kitchen there is a small gallery that incorporates the washing machine, single boiler, and storage space. Between the kitchen of the day area is a freestanding salmon-tone bathroom with a large glass shower dish. It is fully equipped for daily use; 600mps fiber optic internet access with WIFI, plus Smart TV compatible with your Netflix, HBO, Amazon Video, etc. accounts available to our guests. We provide our guests with linens, towels, basic kitchen and bathroom, hair dryer,...
