Five minutes from downtown Baños, this property with modern architecture offers a space to connect with nature without leaving aside the amenities of the city. The suites overlook the city, the Pastaza River, and Llanganates Park - offering a unique experience. The space ROOM: The room has independent access, a bathroom with a private shower, and a private Jacuzzi. It's a suite-type room. *Important note: This bedroom has the best view as it is located at the tip of the property. Because of this, however, the back of the bedroom faces the street and there may be noise from passing cars, especially on weekends. SHARED AREAS: It is not an apartment, it is a private suite-type room. The kitchen, living room, and dining room (partially outdoors) are shared spaces with other guests if there are any. We are in the process of renovating these common areas (living room and dining room) and changing the kitchen equipment, but despite this the areas are comfortable to use. We appreciate your patience while we work to improve. PARKING: Please let us know if you will need parking and if your car is large or small. Our spaces are small and we may not be able to accommodate large cars. We appreciate your patience. The parking space is at the entrance of the property. The space is on the property, it is private but faces the street. During your stay I won't be available in person, but I'm always available through Airbnb.
