Comfortable and bright apartment annex is rented with wifi and air conditioning in the heart of La Habana. The space We offer a nice apartment on the top floor of our central colonial house. It consists of a kitchen with all the amenities, bathroom and bedroom with double bed, desk and air conditioning. It is accessed through the house but is private and totally independent. In addition, our house has a large terrace above the apartment, fully equipped (bar bar, tables, chairs) that guests can enjoy to relax, taste a rich Cuban meal, or share with family and friends. In terms of location, the house is very well connected and with easy access to public transportation. We are located on the border between Centro Habana and Vedado, in one of the most central areas of Havana. Five minutes walk from the University of Havana and eight minutes from the emblematic Hotel Habana Libre and the Malecon. Guest access You can access the main house room and the terrace. Other things to note In addition to hosting, I am a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature as well as a Spanish teacher for foreigners with a long history and extensive experience.
