Welcome to our home away from home in wine country! Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood we are just minutes away from amazing wineries, restaurants & about 3 miles from historic Sonoma Square. A spacious home with a beautiful deck set-up for entertaining, enjoying the hot tub, sitting by the fire pit and relaxing under the stars. We are perfectly located about 3 miles from Sonoma Square/Plaza and many wonderful wineries in Glen Ellen and Kenwood. It is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a beautiful decked backyard perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. We are happy to host you in our home-away-from home however, please treat this house as your own and respect the fact that we live here every other weekend and you are in a quiet neighborhood with real families. We will absolutely not tolerate loud parties and since we know all of our neighbors we will hear about any inappropriate behavior. For security and safety we have installed a Ring camera in front of the house that covers the entire driveway and street. Licensed with Sonoma County...vacation rental permit is posted on the premises. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED! Our home is a sanctuary in a quiet neighborhood and NOT a party place. This includes load music/load voices or hot tub use after 9pm. The Sonoma County mandated quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am. Our house is located on a quiet street and we know most of our neighbors well. We expect our guests to respect our neighborhood and house rules. There is NO street parking. 2-3 cars can fit in driveway depending on size and ok to use garage for 1 car. Quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM (per Sonoma County regulations) No amplified music outdoors at any hour (per Sonoma County regulations) To help comply with Sonoma County regulations, the home uses a 100% private, AirBnB-recommended device called Minut to monitor noise that exceeds a certain limit and detect whenever there are crowds No street parking
