Located on our property, close to our house, it offers tranquility, convenience and a personalized welcome for discovering Lapalisse and its surroundings. ⚠️ The accommodation is a studio (one living room, no separate bedroom). 🛏️ Sleeping arrangements • 1 double bed for 2 adults • 1 extra sofa bed in the living room (ideal for 1 adult or 2 young children) The accommodation sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults maximum. When 2 separate beds are prepared, the circulation space is greatly reduced. 🍳 Equipped Kitchenette Fridge, ceramic stovetop, microwave, mini oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes and kitchen utensils. ☕ A few coffee pods are available for your first morning. 🛋️ Living Room TV (Freebox) and option to add NETFLIX with your own codes. You can park your vehicle in the private paved path located outside our property, on the side of the gate, so as not to hinder access. From the garden, you have direct access to your private outdoor space, which includes a wooden deck and a tiled area. ⚠️ Guests have access only to the studio and the private outdoor area. Our personal space and private garden are not accessible. Privacy screens protect your privacy and also prevent our dog from coming to visit you 🐶 Other things to note 🐶 A Malinois dog lives on the property. Like many guard dogs of this breed, she may bark when she sees people coming. It is rare for her to be out alone, but it can happen. In this case, please ring the bell and wait for someone to come and open the door for you before entering.
