Cozy Cabin 3 w/ Henry's Lake View, Island Park

This cozy lake-view cabin is on Henry's Lake by Staley Springs with gorgeous and peaceful views located 21.3 miles from West Yellowstone. Enjoy an open floorplan living/dining room & updated kitchen, a loft with 2 single beds, and 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, one bathroom with a shower. Kitchen has granite, range, refrigerator, microwave, griddle, & coffee pot. The bathroom has a walk-in shower in cultured marble. TV, Netflix, NFL Sunday Ticket, wi-fi are included. The space This used to be a fishing cabin for Moose Bay Lodge and Drift Lodge on Henry's Lake by Staley Spings but we've updated it a bit since then. There are two bedrooms on the main level each with a queen bed and upstairs are two single beds in the loft. Front porch entrance to cabin is up a short flight of stairs and has a shared landing with cabin 4. The exterior of the property and the laundry room is monitored by neighborhood security cameras. Guest access There is a laundry room off the garage (separate building) that guests may use for free between 4 pm and 10 am (housekeepers use only between 10 am and 4 pm). Use your door code to your cabin to access the laundry room. There is also a small charcoal barbeque grill that you may use. It's located under the porch. Guests are responsible to bring their own charcoal and lighter. There is a firepit in the grassy area in front of the cabins which is shared access between cabins 3 and 4 (a great way to meet new friends). Guests are responsible to bring their own firewood. The docks on the water are personal property and are off limits/no trespassing. Fishing is prohibited in the cove in front of the cabins by local ordinance. We do have a custom viewing deck on the lawn for our guests enjoyment. Other things to note We require a basic HOUSE RULES RENTAL AGREEMENT We require ID Verification and a Credit Card on file at check-in in order to book this cabin. Please do not book if you can't oblige. Henry's Lake is a fishing lake. It is not suitable for swimming as there are are countless forms of insects, larvae, freshwater shrimp, sculpins, and leeches in the water to feed the trophy fish in this lake. No fishing or swimming is allowed in Staley Springs (the area directly in front of the cabins). HOUSE RULES & RENTAL AGREEMENT Two Ducks On A Lake IMPORTANT: Use "Moose Bay Cabins, Island Park" on your GPS to locate the property. If you use the 5399 address, your GPS will most likely take you off course. You MUST BE 25 or OLDER and be willing to provide a credit card and photo identification and comply with AIRBNB requirements for approval. NO SMOKING in the cabin. This includes E-cigs or anything that lets off smoke. There will be IMMEDIATE EVICTION/NO REFUND!! A $250 fine charged to the credit card on file with damage report to AirBNB. Smoking is permitted outside by the firepit as long as stubs are placed there. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! $200 fine charged to credit card on file with damage report to AirBNB. PARKING on the Driveway is Prohibited & will result in your car being towed. Use the driveway for loading and unloading only. Do not leave your car unattended, even for a few minutes. Always park in the designated parking spot. NEIGHBORHOOD Please have respect for our neighbors and refrain from any loud activity in or around the home. Any complaints may result in eviction, fines charged to the Credit Card, and no refund. LAUNDRY Guests are welcome to use the Washing Machine and Dryer. DISHES Guests are required to wash dishes and return them to the cupboards/shelves prior to check-out. Dishwashing supplies are provided and are located under the sink. A $50 charge to the Credit Card on file will be assessed for unwashed dishes. FURNITURE All furniture must be returned to original placement. Please move furniture within reason. Do not take furniture outside. CLEANUP Guests are required to cleanup any excessive messes including spilled food, stains and garbage. This includes exterior of home. GARBAGE Guests are allotted one garbage can per week. (Large gray garbage can on porch.) Garbage bags are located under the sink. Please do not place unbagged garbage in can. A $50 charge to the Credit Card on file will be assessed for leftover garbage. DAMAGE Any damage to the home or its contents must be reported immediately. Failure to report will result in additional fines charged to the Credit Card on file. SECURITY We have security cameras located on the exterior of the cabin and in the laundry room (located in a separate building by the garage). CALL 911 if you have an emergency. Then contact us.
