You can take in the view from the outside loungers, relax in the comfy outdoor sofa & dining area, or fish off the dock. If you like to stay active on vacations, there is plenty to do. You can kayak, go for a swim in the lake, go hiking, or golf nearby. Lake views also abound from the Kitchen, Dining, & Living Rooms! SINGLE STORY MAIN HOUSE ★Kitchen The open concept chef's kitchen is a delight! No expense was spared on the quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The 10 ft x 5 ft island has barstool seating for 5 guests. Enjoy the chef's stainless steel 6 burner range and double oven, sink over looking the lake, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, tons of storage, and other kitchen amenities ★Dining Room The dining table can seat up to 10 guests (there is an additional 6 person dining table on the deck and 4-5 seats at the large 10 ft island as well) . ★Living Room • 55” Smart TV – Stream your favorites • Spacious Seating – Comfy oversized L-shaped couch perfect for morning coffee, movies, lounging or games. • You may log into the TV with our NETFLIX or your personal streaming apps. ★Deck & Outdoors The oversized deck is a great place to spend most of your time. You can see the sunrise to your left with some coffee, or the sunset to your right with a cocktail, mocktail or glass of wine. Relax on the comfortable lounge seating for 8 -10 people, and enjoy the gas fire table that you can easily turn on and off with a knob. ★Private Boat Ramp to the Lake and Private Dock- Bring your boat or rent one at one of the nearby Lake Murray Marinas. There is parking available for one boat on our floating dock. There is also plenty of lakeshore to swim and float around. You can access the swimming area from the ladder on the dock or via the shoreline. We also have great fishing off our dock. Common fish by our point are catfish, bass, and bream. ★Kayaks There are two kayaks. We have provided two adult life jackets, which we require you to use when using them. Guest access This is a quiet residential area. You will have access to the entire home except the locked owners pantry, closet, and unfinished basement. You will also have access to the oversized parking area, boat ramp, dock, huge deck, yard, and swimming area. Other things to note This house is very close to the water and on a semi - wooded lot. Expect to see wildlife including bugs, birds, turtles, squirrels, ants, spiders, mayflies, fish and deer. Regular pest treatment is done both inside and out, but it is very easy for pests to slip in if the doors or windows are left open. We do not allow parties. All guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for providing their own life jackets in the event provided life jackets are not the correct size. Guests may tie their boat off at the dock at their own risk. Note Shoes required on deck and dock. Water shoes if walking in lake and shoreline We also regularly have yard maintenance, pest maintenance, and other routine maintenance workers on the exterior to keep the house looking it's best. ✔ Cleaning & Essentials • 100% of the cleaning fee goes to our top-tier cleaning team. We invest in the best to ensure a spotless stay. • Complimentary essentials provided (we supply soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent). We love animals and will allow pets on a case by case basis-please inquire if you would like your pet to stay.
