The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals, and spacious living areas for socializing. Enjoy exclusive access to pristine beaches, championship golf courses, a marina, fine dining restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities such as tennis, horseback riding, and water sports. The resort also features a spa, fitness center, and boutique shopping for your convenience. We offer airport pickup and drop-off service for an additional fee, for your convenience. Other things to note Our Villa is completely NEW with all the amenities you would need. The villa is extremely clean and we provide you with a maid and cleaning service during your stay. There is a private pool inside the Villa with golf course view. The villa has super comfortable beds and furniture to assure a comfortable stay for families. You can also enjoy a fun BBQ night at our villa. The Villa is inside the Casa de Campo resort/Hotel complex in Los Altos. You will have access to all the resort amenities such as beach, pools, restaurants and Marina. For your convenience, we can arrange airport transportation and provide a golf cart rental, both available for an additional fee. When you arrive at Casa de Campo Resort, a resort fee will be charged upon your arrival: $30USD per person over 12 years old per night, and children aged 4 to 12 years old have a $15USD fee per night. Please note that all guests must still register at the Casa de Campo office upon arrival. Please send a list of names and ID numbers approximately 7 days before the arrival date. Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and stay details that will grant access to the following services and amenities: • Personalized assistance from the Villa Owners Club concierges for coordinating transportation, restaurant reservations, sports, and entertainment activities. • Access to golf courses, including advance bookings at special rates. • Use of the gym at a special rate exclusive to villa owners. • Use of towels and loungers at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach. • Golf cart rentals for getting around the resort (subject to availability). • Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities. • Access to healthcare services at the Central Romana Medical Center.
