Backyard RV! Bunkbeds/fireplace. Relocating in Nov

RELOCATING to Winnsboro in November! Welcome to your home away from home. Our RV is located in our backyard with a separate gate for your access. Our RV fits 6 comfortably. There is a queen bed and the bunks are ideal for kids or smaller teens. USB outlets throughout the RV, the AC is powerful and includes 2 units. This is a great way to make new memories while you go to a sporting event, visit family or attend a local museum or zoo (12 miles away), 3.5 miles from Columbia airport (CAE). The space You will be staying in a RV that is in our backyard. Solar lights will light the way if you arrive after dark. The RV key is locked and you will receive the pin to open the lock box the day you arrive. Parking is on the street. Guest access Guests will use the large gate to the right of our house. There are 2 hoses that run across the path as you walk to the RV. The RV space is fenced in with a screen fence on 1 side. Soon that fence will be a wooden privacy fence. Other things to note What we provide: All bedding, towels, toliet paper and paper towels, travel size clothes steamer, toaster, small coffee pot with filters and coffee. Ideally, you should only need to bring your toiletries and comfort items. Hot water! We do not have a pack and plat but there is room for one! Please disclose any pets you are bringing and pick up their poop. If piles of poop need to be picked up after your stay there will be a fee. NO smoking inside RV or outside with the RV door open. Smoking is allowed outside with door closed. If there is evidence of smoking or the smell of smoke is evident inside the RV there will be a $250 charge for cleaning and air purification.
