Casa cordero is a 3 bederoom, remodeled colonial home in the very heart of Antigua. It is a few short blocks from all of the main attractions in Antigua, including the huge market, the central park, the historic arch and other commercial areas. The space Casa Cordero is located in the very heart of Antigua Guatemala, a small magical town, full of music, culture, spectacular colonial constructions, church ruins and cobblestone streets where time literally stopped several centuries ago. The property is a few short blocks from all of the main attractions in Antigua, including the huge market, the Central Park, and the historic arch. It is also a few short blocks from Antigua’s main supermarket. This unique home was built in 2014 using a single story colonial design but keeping some of the old adobe walls from previous constructions before the city was destroyed by earthquakes in 1773. The home has 168 square meters (1807 square feet) of livable space and welcomes you with an inviting social area comprised of a combined living room area with a corner fireplace next to a dining room and a lovely kitchen with cupula and an arabic arch. Along the corridor leading from the living room, two secondary bedrooms share one full modern bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has bunk beds for four guests. A study at the end of the corridor has a WiFi connection. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom and a private patio with bucaro fountain and a table for two to enjoy your morning coffee. A large roof top patio is on the second floor with amazing views of all 3 volcanoes. The roof top patio has a working grill, running water, and wrought iron furniture to enjoy our "Eternal Spring" weather. Casa Cordero is literally in the heart of the city and close to everything. The location is simply superb. We do not have garage or parking but there is a private parking lot with security around the block for Q50 a night.
