The home has 168 square meters (1807 square feet) of livable space and welcomes you with an inviting social area comprised of a combined living room area with a corner fireplace next to a dining room and a lovely kitchen with cupula and an arabic arch. Along the corridor leading from the living room, two secondary bedrooms share one full modern bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has bunk beds for four guests. A study at the end of the corridor has a WiFi connection. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom and a private patio with bucaro fountain and a table for two to enjoy your morning coffee. A large roof top patio is on the second floor with amazing views of all 3 volcanoes. The location is simply superb. We do not have garage or parking but there is a private parking lot with security around the block for Q50 a night.
