Other things to note Additional Notes: - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys. - Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged. - The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys. - Arrival after hours: a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency; b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid. - Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros - If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00. - In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible.
