Unique coastal paradise with infinite ocean views

If you dream to stay in a living painting of the ocean this is your house! Huge frameless sliding windows make you feel as if you were on a ship but with all modern comfort you can wish for. You have a large balcony and a patio with an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. Set in the fishermen town of Bocacangrejo, nestled between the hills and the ocean far away from mass tourism but on only 10 minutes by car from the centre of Santa Cruz making it the ideal location to explore the island. The space When you go through the front door you enter the huge patio area that is decorated with tropical plants, herbs and even a passion fruit plant. This area is divided in two pieces, a slightly elevated part with the outdoor kitchen with a sink and barbecue and the outdoor shower that offers you the comfort of a shower after swimming, the ocean is only some steps away from your house. The other part of the patio is where you have a dining table with 4 comfortable outdoor chairs. On the patio there also is a storage area with the washing machine, and all the beach gear. And then you reach your home! Just after entering the house your eyes will immediately be drawn to the incredible wide views to the ocean that you have from your livingroom/kitchen. The top to bottom windows are just breathtaking. They can even be opened completely so you have one big open space together with the balcony. This balcony has a glass balustrade so that you don’t miss anything of the beautiful rocky cove and the ocean. On the balcony you have a comfortable outdoor sofa and seats to let you enjoy outdoor living to the maximum. You can use a large awning to cover the complete balcony and enjoy the fresh combination of the ocean breeze and the shade. When you go back inside it feels as if you are still outside. You can enjoy cooking in the big modern kitchen that has a double sink, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, induction hub, Dolce Gusto Coffee maker, all the pans and pots you need etc. You have a nice dining table with comfortable seats to enjoy your meals while overlooking the ocean and the (almost always) blue sky. And last but not least there is a sofa corner with a 55” 4K, smart TV. This is right next to two glass doors opening to the patio. The main (ensuite) bedroom offers you a large space to enjoy falling asleep in the 180cm*200cm bed while the sound of the waves is on the background. If you choose to open the blinds and the screen you can wake up watching the ocean smiling back at you. You have more then enough storage for all your luggage. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower, as well you have a bidet, toilet and two individual sinks at your disposal. One of the many unique features of this house is that the second bedroom is ensuite as well! In this bedroom you have two 90cm*200cm single beds that we can easily convert to a double bed. There is a really big wardrobe and a desk for those who want to do some remote working. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with massage and rain shower functions. Guest access The house is in the middle of a small village and not in a complex so there are no shared areas. All services are only for the guests of the house. This includes the barbecue, outdoor kitchen, highspeed internet etc. Going down some steps you have two coves where you can swim and on a 5-minute stroll you get to the `La Nea´ beach with its black sand. Just a bit further (crossing a park) you get to the marina of Radazul with some restaurants and a bakery/coffee shop as well as a small grocery shop and many services related to sea entertainment such as diving schools, boat rental, jet ski and so on…. If you drive 5 minutes you can reach the Añaza shopping mall with a Carrefour hypermarket amongst many other shops. And on the other side from the motorway there is a LIDL and a Mercadona.
