This charming 100 m² apartment has 4 double beds and a sofa bed divided into two floors. The property is located on the street, take into account that it has no windows but has a mechanical ventilation system that cleans the indoor air, for your comfort. Downstairs, the living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table. Then there is a hallway where the bathroom and the room with the first double bed are, and further on another hallway that leads to a bedroom with another double bed. All spaces have storage spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essential cooking utensils and cutlery you'll need for cooking, such as an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher for effortless cleaning after eating, as well as a washer, dryer, and iron to take care of your laundry needs. The other bedroom is on the second floor, which is accessed by stairs from the second bedroom below. This second floor has two double beds, divided by a large screen to offer privacy. The bathroom is on the first floor and contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, fines of €200 will be charged. We provide basic amenities for first-time use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products, and trash bag. Please let us know if you need extra cleaning or bedding, and we'll be happy to provide it for an additional fee. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 200 euros for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use of utilities policy will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: €20 (pair of extra keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
