The space The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. Laundry space has a washer-dyer machine. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. Upstairs bedroom has a flat screen smart tvs, exit to amazing open terrace, walk-in closet and spacious bathroom. Bedroom downstairs, has a closet area and ensuite spacious bathroom. Large window with a view, and a desk for work space. Enjoy the Medellin weather as living room opens up to a beautiful view balcony. Guest access You will have private access to all of the apartment and private terrace. The building has 24 hour security, and there is parking space available upon request. Other things to note I think it's important to note that the contract has started under the street in a new building. The working hours are 8 AM - 6 PM. There might be loud construction noise during these hours. There are also bars nearby and noises can be heard from the street during the weekends. IMPORTANT - The building does not have 24/7 security guards, but we have a panoramic camera system for surveillance, and it also has a digital lock. - Some noise can be heard from the restaurants and businesses around the building.
