Do you want to discover the province of Groningen, Unesco Nature Park Lauwersmeer or the city, but also taste the atmosphere of the vast countryside and the village feeling? Are you going to walk the Pieterpad or do you need a nice place to relax? Then stay in our LUXURY tiny house! Enjoy the beautiful views all year round, the lambs in spring and the colorful flowers in your private garden in the summer. Or take a tour of our large garden and relax under our veranda. The space The house has a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven and induction cooktop. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Also downstairs is a dining table that can be folded out or used as a workplace. If you want to relax after a busy day, you can do this in the comfortable sitting area with TV or outside in your private garden. Finally, the loft has a 2-person box spring and space to store your clothes. Price is based on a stay with 2 people without breakfast. The house was built entirely by ourselves last year. We have used natural materials, such as clay paint, natural stone, oak beams and a lava floor. The house is sustainable, fully electric and gas-free. Close to Winsum (8 km), the most beautiful village in the Netherlands. City of Groningen (20 km). Lauwersoog (20 km) Het wad and Pieterburen (10 km). Guest access You can sit in the sun and enjoy your breakfast in your private garden or, in consultation, use our veranda in the large garden. There is also a possibility to use the garden fireplace or BBQ (in consultation). Other things to note You can park next to the tiny house in our shared private parking lot. You have your own entrance and access door to your private garden and the tiny house. It is a pet-free and smoke-free home.
