Our Market Manor is in the heart of Downtown Xenia! Newly renovated & having just opened May 1, 2025, it’s been a honor to bring back another piece of local history. Boasting 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths our Manor has plenty of room for your family and all the comforts of home! 9 miles to Yellow Springs 8 miles to Cedarville 6 miles to WPAFB The Xenia Market District construction has also began! We are within walking distance of this exciting new Xenia Development & all downtown has to offer! The space Our Market Manor was built in 1895 by a local family known for making coverlets. It is absolutely incredible the woodwork throughout the home has lasted throughout the test of time. Pictures do this gem no justice! The beautifully, original tiled fireplaces in each room and 10ft ceilings are awe inspiring. Don’t miss staying in this historic piece of art! The Primary suite is on the first floor and has a King bed with a 65” TV. It also host an all new attached full bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. A half bath has been added on the first floor for your added convenience. The first floor also boast a large dining room to accommodate 8, the living room, all new fully equipped Kitchen and a butlers pantry for added storage. The incredible woodwork continues on the second floor as well. You can take either the main staircase or the butlers stairs up to find three more bedrooms. 2 have a Queen bed and TV in each. 1 is set with (2) twins and a TV too. A full bath with bathtub is also on the second floor with laundry! Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience. Please note: all interior fireplaces are no longer in service and decoration only. For added comfort; there are two thermostats, one on the first floor and the other on the second, to ensure everyone’s comfortable! We’ve taken immense pride in restoring and respecting this homes original beauty, yet making sure you have all the modern amenities of comfort!
