The space The ground-level apartment "Nice Place", located in the Löninger district of Böen, is ideally suited to spend a quiet and relaxing time in the Hasetal holiday region. The approximately 120 sqm barrier-free apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, with dogs allowed on special request. Smoking is only allowed on the large covered outdoor terrace with garden views. Located on the edge of the forest, the accommodation offers a large and modern living room with 75" smart TV with NETFLIX access and a stereo system, three different sized bedrooms with comfortable beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200, 120 x 200) and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. In the small storage room you will find the usual cleaning utensils as well as a washing machine for your own use. Free parking is available for your vehicle. Of course, we offer our guests the free use of the sufficiently fast guest Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
