Large, Beautiful Private Apartment with Free Parking Welcome to Lutten! This lovely holiday apartment is located in Lutten, close to the district town of Vechta. It spans the first and second floors of the building and has its own private entrance. Free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. For longer stays, a cleaning service is available every two weeks upon request. We look forward to hosting you! The space Guest Access: The apartment is accessible via a separate side entrance and extends over three floors. Please note that the apartment is only reachable by stairs. Entrance Area: The entrance is on the ground floor and includes space for coats and shoes. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen on the first floor features a dining area, plenty of storage, and a window with a view of the greenery outside. Bedrooms: One of the three bedrooms is located next to the kitchen on the first floor. It offers a 180 x 200 cm bed and a cozy seating area. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. The larger room includes a 180 x 200 cm bed, while the smaller one has a 140 x 200 cm bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. Bathroom: The modern bathroom with a shower is located on the first floor and features a heated towel rail and a window for natural light. Guest access Please note that the apartment is located on the first and second floors and is only accessible via stairs. We recommend this apartment for guests who are comfortable with stair access. Other things to note The apartment is located in the quiet village of Lutten, just 5 km from the center of Vechta – a charming town offering a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. In Lutten itself, you’ll find everything you need for daily life within a short walking distance: bakeries, a pizzeria, a snack bar, a grocery store, a hairdresser, as well as a pharmacy, a general practitioner, and a dentist. Whether you’re here for business or a relaxing getaway, the location offers both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere.
