Start your mornings with coffee or end your evenings with a glass of wine on the private balcony overlooking the shoreline. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family-style meals, and the open-concept layout makes gathering effortless when you’re not exploring local restaurants. The primary bedroom and first guest bedroom are both en-suite and offer private balcony access, ensuring you never miss a moment of those stunning views. The second guest bedroom features its own private access to the north-facing balcony, providing a peaceful outdoor retreat. Additional conveniences include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable. Island Tower offers exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, Gulf-front fitness center, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sand. You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! Other things to note * AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old. * PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $45 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and HANG the parking pass on your rearview mirror in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. * WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras. * ABSOLUTELY NO PETS * ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING * CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible. * CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day. * MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February.
