The space The condo is close to the beach, nightlife, and restaurants (5-15 min drive). My place is located 15 minutes from Casa de Campo, 20 minutes from Romana International Airport and 35 minutes from Bayahibe Beach. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). No pets allowed. There is a US$150 charge per day for unauthorized pets inside the condo. Our neighborhood is very safe and our building is very exclusive but for added peace of mind, we have surveillance or recording devices on the exterior of the property (Terrace and door from outside).
